I lost the link to my classroom or my password?
You can always get to your classroom by going to http://www.cei2.com
and navigating to the classroom. If you lost your password, send me
an email and I will look it up for you.

When can I expect to get my grade in the mail?
You grade will be turned into the institution as soon as the course is
completed. If you can see your grade online in the online
classroom then it has been submitted. It may take a few weeks for
the paper work to be processed and an actual grade slip mailed to you.

I was taking a quiz and disaster struck
(this could be any number of things) and now I have a zero on the
quiz. Can you help?
Just send an email to the teacher explaining what happened. The quiz
can be reset so you get another shot at it. We realize that things
can happen: a computer freezes up, junior yanks your power cord out
of the wall, armed bandits machine gun your computer while you were taking
the quiz, etc. You should realize though that there are a limited
number of times disaster can strike your computer before we get
suspicious.

I have completed a series of
classes. Now, how do I apply for my certificate?
Fill out the online Certificate Request form and submit it. You can
submit the form after you have registered for your last class in the
series. That way, you will get your certificate quickly after the
final course in the series has been completed.

I have to go out of town while
class is in session. Can I do make up work?
You can log onto the course from any computer with an Internet connection
so traveling may not be a problem. If you will be away from the Internet then try to do the
weeks work either before you leave or as soon as you get back. You
can work on the current lesson for an 8 day period without being late for
anything. If you are late with some assignments, a small grading
penalty is assessed but that should not affect your overall grade if you
keep up with your work throughout the course.

Do I get a certificate for every class I take?
That depends on the class and where you are taking the course. You
will receive an AGC certificate of completion for each of the
supervisory courses (201 through 209) regardless of where you take the
course. San Diego State University issues a letter of completion
for all courses. The ASPE and ABC of San Diego issues a
certificate for each course you take with them.
Top Do I get
college credit or CEU's for any of the classes?
San Diego State University will start issuing college credit for all of
the courses you take through them in June of 2002. CEU's can be
obtained from SDSU for an additional fee of $25. SDSU is our only
partner offering college credit and or CEUs. Top
