Registration Options.  

Step 1. Choose one of the non-profit industry organizations or schools listed below. 

Step 2. Register with the institution that will best help you achieve your educational goals.  

If you want college credit, choose San Diego State University but expect to pay more per class.  If college credit is not important to you, choose one of the non-profit organizations to register with.

Where would you like to attend school?

Our primary providers will take students from anywhere in the country.  Choose from San Diego State University, American Society of Professional EstimatorsAmerican Association of Cost Engineers, Bucks County Community College, South Florida Chapter of AGC, Construction and Industrial Workforce Center , New Mexico Building Branch AGC and the Greater Florida Chapter of the AGC.  Click on the link for more information.  

You can also check our list of partners to see if your local organization is also registering students.

Regardless of which institution you register with, you will still be receiving the same high quality online course.

SDSU

 San Diego State University 

Workforce PartnershipDept of Veterans AdministrationSDSU has created several certificate programs based upon our classes.  SDSU College of Extended Studies Professional Certificates in Construction and Green Building Construction are approved for Veterans Education Benefits

 

Choose SDSU if:

  • You wish to attend an accredited state university and
  • You wish to earn professional college credits for the course and

  • You wish to earn the SDSU Certificate in Construction Supervision, Construction Practices, Constructin Estimating or one of their other certificates and

  • You wish to earn the Associated General Contractor's individual certificates (200 series courses) 

  • You wish to take advantage of active duty military and military spouse programs.

  • You wish to use the workforce partnership assistance program.

ASPEAmerican Society of Professional Estimators

The ASPE offers all of our courses to students anywhere in the United States.  

Choose the ASPE if:

  • Earn an educational Certificate in Construction Estimating
  • You wish to earn the ASPE Certificate of Completion for each course.
  • You wish to take the course for less cost than the accredited providers.
  • You are an ASPE member and you wish a discount off the following prices.

Average Cost:
$475 for 100 series courses (textbook and course materials included)
$380 for 200 series courses (student must purchase textbook). Textbook info.
$475 for 300 series courses (textbook and course materials included)

AACE InternationalAACEI logo

This organization offers all of our online courses to members and non-members.

Choose AACEI if:

  • You wish to earn the AACEI Certificate of Completion for each course.
  • AACE International does not participate in the certificate programs.

Average cost = $550 for non members, $450 for members.  Textbook is not included in the price for 200 series, is included for 100 series courses.

Bucks County Community College logoBucks County Community College

Choose Bucks if:

  • You wish to attend an accredited public school.  (Classes are not for credit)
  • You wish to earn the Certificate in Construction Supervision, Construction Practices, Construction Estimating or one of their other certificates and
  • You are not concerned about receiving college credits.

Average costs:

$515 for 100 and 300 series.  Textbooks are included in this price.
$415 for 200 series courses.  You must purchase your own texts for these courses.  Textbook info.

Choose South Florida AGC if:

  • You wish to earn the AGC Certificates of Completion for each course and for overall program completion.
  • You wish to take the courses for less cost than other options.
  • You are not concerned about receiving college credits.

Average costs: 
Series 100 & 300 Classes: AGC Members = $469.00, Non-members = $529.00 
200 Series Classes: AGC Members = $449.00 Non-members = $499.00
Textbooks are included in the price.

Northwest AGC                               

This organization offers all of our online courses to members and non-members.

Choose CIWDC if you wish to earn a certificate of completion for each course you successfully finish.  They also have several certificate programs including:

Average cost = AGC Members $470,  Non-members  $545 (textbook included)

This organization offers all of our online courses to members and non-members.

Choose AGC of Greater Florida if you wish to earn a certificate of completion for each course you successfully finish.

Cost = $515 for each course, textbooks are included in the price ($150 value for 200 series courses)
